A: Every house is different. The cost is determined by the size of the home, how many bathrooms , and the number of pets in the home.
A: Super Home Maid guarantees professionalism. We have carefully hand-selected every employee. Each of our employees have a high regard for responsibility, respect, honesty, and high moral values. Every one of our employees has been directed to follow instructions and specific requests from our clients to make sure our clients are very satisfied. Because client satisfaction is always our number ONE priority, Nohemi personally oversees the work of her staff. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, simply let us know and we will be back to clean all the areas that did not meet your satisfaction within 24 hours, at no additional cost.
A: We make sure to carefully maneuver around every object in your home. However, there is always a possibility that accidents can occur. If something does break, we 100% guarantee that we will do everything in our power to replace the damaged object. Replacement is limited to the fair market value of the item.
A: We ask that our clients pick up toys, clothes; shoes and other items that are on the floor. If you desire the bed sheets to be changed, please place the clean sheets folded on the bed and we will change the sheets.
A: Super home maids provides all needed cleaning supplies. Please let us know if you are going to supply a specific cleaning product for part of the job.
A: Payment is required on the day of the cleaning. The our clients typically leave a check (on the table or countertop) Please make checks payable to “Super Home Maid”
A: Generally speaking, Super Home Maid will arrive between 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri). If however, our clients need work to be done at a specific time,please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If it is a biweekly clean or maintenance clean, our team of maids usually arrive at the same time on the usual day. Please schedule your cleaning for the time that will work best for you.
A: It depends on the type of service done to the house. The first time we come, we usually provide a deep clean and that normally takes longer than a standard appointment. The maids will be in your home as long as is needed to get your home clean!
A: We recommend that our clients always begin with a deep clean (See deep clean for details), and then go with our basic maintenance cleaning with your choice of frequency. We are here to support our clients not frustrate them. We will try to make needed adjustments depending on the budget of our clients. Most of our clients choose a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance package. The more frequent our visits are, the less strain on our personnel and the lower the cost will be.
A: We are insured for any accidents that may happen in your home.
A: Our staff spends holidays with their families. We will schedule your regular cleaning before or after the holiday.
A: Your first cleaning will be scheduled within 24 hrs. We make every effort to accommodate client requests.
A: All cancellations and rescheduling require a 72 Hour advanced notice.
